For those of you that are unaware, Nevan is my son. I could not be prouder of his decision. Recruiting has been a roller coaster ride and Nevan had many options, more then I ever thought he would. Nevan had strong interest from several D1 and D2 schools. He received multiple offers NAIA schools and was offered positions at several D3 schools.

Nevan is a very academic minded young man with a goal of what he wants to do in life, and that requires a strong undergraduate education. He made the absolute correct decision by choosing Georgetown. The correct decision educationally, athletically and financially.

Good luck in the classroom and on the field.

Denison was in the mix. Like many decisions concerning D3 schools, the money was difficult to overcome.

Love it. Good luck Nevan. These years will be awesome. Enjoy the ride. Congratulations.

Congrats to a fine young man. Georgetown is getting a great player, student and individual.

This makes me feel so old. My first year coaching I met Ram when he was coaching for Nevin's JFL team.

Georgetown is getting a heck of a player and a better young man. GTown is an excellent place to play football and get a great education. Congrats young man.

That's because we are getting old. The JFL days were great, and we all had aspirations of greatness for those young boys. They are men now and proving that we were not off base with our aspirations.

Congrats Nevan :thumb: !! I am proud of you. You have worked your butt off from a young age all the way trough your senior year and Deserve this.

On a side note, your parents may save a little money on school colors clothing :D....you're staying Orange and Black !

I am so glad that you made this public on bgp ! Ram, you deserve praise as well for setting the example, work ethic on the field and in the classroom. I do have to give credit to his mother....had to have inherited the most of his intelligence from Mrs. Ram. :sssh: :)

GO TIGERS !!
