January 14, 201412 yr Ahem. I have come to rain on this parade in the name of science. The picture of Jupiter is spectacular and looks really cool. It might be worth mentioning however, that Jupiter is 317 times more massive than Earth, meaning that if Jupiter were to suddenly appear in the point in space currently occupied by our moon, it would take only a few hours for the Earth to be completely drawn into Jupiter's atmosphere by the strong gravitational force. Our final end? I'm truthfully not sure which would happen first: that we'd all asphyxiate from the noxious Jovian atmosphere first or be crushed to death by Jupiter's tremendous gravity. Cool picture though.
