ARod could afford all the legal wrangling it took to make it difficult on the league, so much so that I'd like to know the real bottom dollar the league paid to get this information..

I mean, seriously, he blatantly denies it all. I don't know how fast test leaves your system but he's been clean a dozen times. Part of me thinks that if he passed, you should either figure out how he beat it, or do nothing because he's been smarter than you. Mixed feelings, but ny gut says he's a guilty bastard.

However, if the MLB only has a rule in place that makes one guilty if, and only if, they fail a drug test, then I fail to see how he can be penalized at all by MLB. Still, considering the source, it would take a lot to convince me to trust him.

In fairness to MLB, what kind of source is going to be dealing with these type substances? Not as if we are dealing with reputable doctors. If MLB felt all is true with threatening Bosch's life, sending him to Colombia, etc. why would they not go for a lifetime ban? 211 would seem way light in that respect. Remember, Bosch is being compensated now by MLB.
