The most exciting game environment I've ever experienced was NCC/CCH at CCH in (I think ) 2004. NCC got off to a huge lead with great outside shooting by Krebs and another lanky kid whose name escapes me. Big comeback by the Colonels.

For sure he did, and will, utilizing high ball screens especially. He will also try in order to free up jumpers, as you mentioned. However, just like the other night, you are going to see a lot of motion offense tonight, and lot less 1/4 clear out than you would against an inferior guard / team. Believe me, when there is a major mismatch for Ruth, they will flatten out their team and put that kid in a blender all night (as they've done twice this year in games I can think of, but won't mention so as not to paint any young men in bad lights) but Pangallo and NewCath, again, like Rabe and Bolden, are much too good to rely on that.

For sure they'll be aggressive, just in different ways.

I agree. You think the length of NCC will affect Covcath? Cause I feel that is what will be the key for NCC to push them out to take long jumpers an 3's.

Should be fun. I'd love to go to an NCC/Cov Cath game sometime. This year would've been great... so why'd you have to schedule it the same night as the Trinity/St. X game?

I would have thought it would be a bigger impact if not for them playing a big large-school team from Florida and beating them. I think that game really aids CovCath for tonight.

Looking forward to this one. Should be an exciting game.

He did get to the hole and I'm sure will take a few chances at it tonight.

Nick is going to attack the NCC bigs any chance he gets. He will take a jumper here and there but don't expect to see him take many.

Can we expect a sell out tonight?

If not for the possibility of Crazies missing the game for the Silver Bells dance at NDA I'd say there would be a really strong chance. Still might.

Dixie/Ryle , Holmes/Holy Cross...I'm going to say there is a very large crowd but with those two games going on and it not being the only game in NKY like CCH/Holmes, we don't see a sell out.

Will this game be streaming online? If so, where can I find it?

Just had a fun conversation at work with a CCH fan who is going to the game tonight and sitting with CVH's papa... like I told him, I think NCC is just a really bad matchup for CCH. If CCH can keep their bigs out of foul trouble, then I think it has a chance to be a close battle... but if Schuh and/or Schult spend too much time on the bench, then I think NCC wins by double-digits (maybe even 20+).

Now, I guess the converse is true about NCC's bigs getting in foul trouble... but they are not as prone to it.

Why is that? Just curious.

Preparing for the game tonight with a pre-game meal with Clyde and that guy with the long name that nobody can pronounce, at the Skyline on Dixie Highway. Our boy Randy Parker would be here, however he had some car "issues", but that's what happens when an 8 year old gets behind the wheel.

Darn, which I would've seen this earlier.

Is RP going to make the game still?
