Final.

I wasn't there. But the general idea is that the refs cheated and can't count to five.

In all seriousness, sounds like Dixie has found their form. Can they contend in that region?

I'm the only person on the planet who thinks officiating has been pretty solid this season.

I watched the last quarter on iHigh and did not think the officiating was bad at all.

One thing I have learned is that they call EVERYTHING in the 9th Region and they call EVERYTHING correctly there also.

Holy crap.....

They are definitely playing some good basketball right now. That has to be stated. They should not be taken lightly by anyone.

Nope. I'm with you homey!

Agreed. I thought they played really well after that first quarter against Male. And when you have a player the caliber of Hatton, well...

Dixie had their chances, just didn't fall.

Evan Hall with 22 & 10. Justice with 21 points.

Hatton with 16 for Dixie.

Watching the 4th quarter all I kept saying was don't let Dixie be down 2 with the ball and the game on the line. Shots didn't fall but that's not going to happen often with Hatton on your squad.

Hatton had two looks, the first one was right in the sweet spot, the second way out range, but it caught the front of the iron.

Solid showing by Dixie but couldn't get the winner. If you would've told me hatton had two chances at the end I would've been convinced Dixie wins.

Difference to me was that Dixie didn't have anyone to matchup with hall.

I'll post more later tonight or tomorrow. Time for the drive home.

Thanks for the updates BTW.
