December 27, 201312 yr I'm in Jacksonville right now and you couldn't be more incorrect in your assessment of the city. You probably saw one little part of the city and base your assessment on that? Let me first preface this by saying that I have never personally been to Jacksonville. With that said, I have been told by several people the same thing John Anthony said...it's a dump and don't go if you don't have to. So far I've been perfectly content to take their word for it.
December 27, 201312 yr And they all thought that bum rushing a movie theater to get in free was acceptable becauzzzzzz..... ????????????????

December 27, 201312 yr What movie was it? According to the movie theater’s website, the cinema was showing “Tyler Perry’s A Medea Christmas,” “47 Ronin,” “Grudge Match,” “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” along with several other movies. I would imagine one of the bolded. I don't think the others would have that many people.

December 27, 201312 yr Had to be Madea. Hellerrrrr! It's probably similar to the other 3493493943943043 Tyler Perry movies with Madea in it. Why would they wanna see it so bad. :lol2:

Like I said I've never heard of anyone asking to vacation there but if they want to, more power to them. This thread also wasn't created to promote how wonderful it is either ironically.

But there are many dumps around Cincy. I thought Jax was a nice city. It's not a vacation destination like a resort town. It seems more like a business city like Cincy that has a beach close.

At my place in Hilton Head during the summer it's called "little Ohio."
