After the kid followed his coach from Sheldon Clark to PCC a few years ago and got to play I don't see why they waste time ruling kids ineligible. This kid will be playing soon.

Amen. Fairview must have lost their minds to admit their guilt when you see some of the other 'things' the KHSAA is letting slide by.

^ From all accounts, Fairview didn't want the Association digging below the tip of the iceberg.

An appeal to the KHSAA would be filed by the school. right?

The injunction has to come from the county the school is in. The player has to file the injunction. Can't file it until all avenues for appeal have been exhausted. Trust me, did it twice.

Pretty common term to refer to a team. Comes from the team of horses that pulled a sled, or a wagon, or a plow. If one horse is missing, can the rest of the team get the job done. Nothing negative at all in the reference.
