Can the Purples beat the Jacksonville Jaguars?

Featured Replies

I don't think Dwayne Gratz and Alan Ball can shut down Nacarius Fant even with high safety help from Johnathan Cyprien. The only shot I think the Jags have of slowing Fant down is if 2008 All BGP DB Winston Guy gets the call to defend Fant, and even then I am still going with Fant.

On offense I just don't see how Blaine Gabbert is going to consistently move the ball against the Purples. The coaches may have changed for BG but the attacking defense is still the same. I just don't see the Jags scoring more than two TDs again the Purples.

So I ask you, can the Purples beat the Jacksonville Jaguars?

Easily two out of every three times!

They should step up and schedule SK first.

This.

If there is a high school in Jaxonville nicknamed the Jaguars, I would say BG would have a good shot at them.

They should step up and schedule SK first.

You know the Jags don't make their own schedule

Why is this even a discussion? Do you have any idea how ridiculous a question this is? I mean we are talking about pro talent versus high school talent here.

Jacksonville would get run out of the stadium.

The better question is this.... Can Jacksonville beat the Purples?

Day drinking.

Only if they don't pull their starters up 41-7.

Nice try.

Don't be such a Clyde, be creative.

As I go back and re-read your post I now take it as actually making fun of us fans who overstate how good a team is and fail to fully grasp the game of football. If that was the plan, well done. You would be 100% correct.
