5A is wide open in the East.

Great win for Collins. They appear to be a more legitimate #2 in 4A after this game. Boyle had their hands full with Anderson County.

Maybe find out a few details of the roster before you get too far out there. Anderson with a couple beat up players chose to let them heal for playoffs. Not saying Collins would not have won against a full lineup but don't read too much into the score of this one.

A couple players rarely make up a 39-point difference. Collins whipped Anderson County, most likely because they are the better team. That doesn't mean Anderson can't challenge for a trip to the state finals in 5A.

Collins and Owensboro will likely battle it out to represent the west in 4a. I'd give Collins a couple of score edge, but, O'Boro, if they're on there game, can be a tough out. They have some really good athletes. The knock on them is consistency.

And Collins would have to go to Owensboro, which might give a little edge back to the Red Devils.
