Who do you guys think are the best coaches in the state?

I have to say Mac Whitaker from Harrison County is definetly one of the best. Also, Coach Murph Howard from Pendleton County is a very good coach and is looking to turn PC into a region contender.

Who do you guys think are the best coaches in the state?

 

Pat Roesel at Ryle won the coach of the year award last year. I think it may have been a co-coach of the year award split with Coach Roberts at Scott.

I'm still partial to Jody Hamilton at West Jessamine

As far as records go Mac Whitakers speaks for itself.

I have to say Bob Myerhoff from Beechwood. He likes to run his players , but he flat out is a great Coach.

Whitaker and Hamilton stand out in my mind. I am sure I am missing someone from western or northern KY.

All mentioned are great coaches, I will throw in Coach Lawson at Pikeville has done quiet well with a true Single A school.

What is it...19 consecutive 20 win seasons????

Where does Gene Combs on Lee fit on this list?? I saw his name mentioned a lot on the 14th region list.

Bill Krumpelbeck from CCH...9 regional championships....19 consecutive 20 win seasons...and 1 State Championship. Which included the best record in the Nation at 40-3. Best coach in the State!!
