Is Teddy Bridgewater the big loser of Louisville's weak schedule?

There is no doubt Teddy Bridgewater is one of the most talented players in the country. But does UL's lack of schedule strength dash his hopes of winning the Heisman? He had a heck of a day today but only threw for 200 yds because he played less than 3 quarters. Does this week in and week out kill his chances?

They're giving him plenty of props at halftime of the Michigan-UConn game. Yardage is one stat, TDs another--and right now he leads college football in that catergory.

Heres another possibility. Will voters "punish" him because he will have so great of stats against inferior competition?

Certainly can't help. Big moments in big games win the Heisman. We'll see if those situations happen once Louisville gets into conference play. Louisville may not have big-time games against ranked opponents, but thanks to the American's TV scheduling, Louisville will have several games over the next two months where they'll be the only game on, giving Teddy at least some chance to make his case to the viewers and the voters.

Agreed! His performance in the bowl game could be a determining factor, also.
