September 13, 201313 yr .......... Latos is my favorite and it isn't close. I'm quickly becoming a big Tony C. fan too.
September 13, 201313 yr Bruce has been my favorite since his rookie year. The guy just keeps getting better, I think he is the real deal and we have only began seeing his best baseball. Frazier is a gamer. Gotta love the attitude and heart. A bit of a Sophmore slump this year but I think he will be fine.
September 17, 201313 yr Brandon Phillips & Aroldis Chapman, for different reasons. Both are undoubtedly talented, but I really like how Phillips began interacting with fans via Twitter and how Chapman overcame struggle to get where he is (the 100's on the radar gun don't hurt either).
September 17, 201313 yr When you look at Latos or Bailey you see "major league pitcher". When you look at Leake you see "X-games snowboard big air finalist". For a little guy, he battles like a maniac. In addition to pitching, he can hit, run and defend the position. Corky Miller is my other favorite. [And...he paid for the darn t-shirts. Leake went to the downtown Cincy Macy's. Picked out 3 t-shirts. Didn't try them on. Bought them. Got home, tried one on. It didn't fit. He want back to Macy's a couple of days later with the receipt. Couldn't find anyone to wait on him. Left the three shirts he paid for. Took 3 shirts (same price, right size) without having a clerk do the exchange. Was nailed while attempting to self-remove the alarm from the shirts as he left the store. (Guilty of being a dope - yes. A thief - no.)

September 17, 201313 yr Guilty conscience Flotsam? Yes, but not as guilty of a conscience as I would like to have.
