Final.

Not exactly what Campbell had in mind. Sloppy, sloppy game in all 3 phases.

Welcome to BGP :thumb:

Was probably sloppy but so happy for that community that they now have the field the coveted. They will improve as the year goes on under Lickert.

Did the Camels play 2 QBs?

Wilson got in in the 4th quarter.

Not the score I imagined.

Heard they had a big crowd? Had to bus people due to lack of parking? Any confirmation?

Congrats to the Camels!

That was the plan the whole time. There is not enough parking right now.

Parking will be tough to come by for big district games or for road teams, who travel well. Rural area and no street parking. But there were 3,700+ there last night, so it won't be as bad for most games. Gorgeous facility.

I don't get it, first game on new field and we're talking about parking? How did Avery look at QB? Did they run the ball well? There's been a lot of talk about Zabonik (sp), was he as advertised? New backs, new lineman, c'mon anything but parking!

I agree.

Zabonick is the real deal! He had limited playing time, made some nice catches..... Wood was a little off target with some of his passes, not the norm, he ran the ball well. Dropped passes and fumbles for the Camels can't continue. Some nice runs by the backs. Defense still have some things to fix, but looking pretty good.

Thanks

Wood did look a little shaky, but he has the heart of a lion. He will improve. Hess looked good at WR on short routes. He has the size to haul down catches. Zabonick was mostly quiet, but he will get his yards. I'm worried about the defense. To many missed tackles and 3rd and long conversions made against them. Will not bode well for them against 6A district opponents if they don't improve.
