Phillips pretty casual on the pop up.

The Reds gave the Pirates 5 outs in the 9th.

Good teams win those games! Nice change of pace

Pirates have lost last 4 of 5 series. The slide has begun

Oh and closers are overated...

Latos struggling to go deeper than six innings lately. Props to Chapman for pitching like a man in a tight situation. Luckily Dusty's decision to limit him to three outs didn't cost the team a game.

The most easily replaced key position on the team.

There would be nobody else on the staff you'd want pitching in that situation other than Chapman.

It's been that way the whole season with Chapman, it's never going to change :lol2:, right or wrong at least Dusty is consistent. And I agree it seems that Latos has struggled recently

2 in a row off the Pirates is a nice way to come out of the break. Lets get another!

Correct, 3,4,5 don't always come up in the 9th down 1. It's nice to have him when it does happen though.

Reds did their best to give it away, but still got the win thankfully. Hoping to see a lot of brooms at the ballpark today and hoping even more that the Reds get it done!

Heisey with another productive game at the plate.
