June 12, 201313 yr Whoa. The series now hinges upon how healthy Tony Parker is. I feel like that is getting lost in the shuffle here.
June 12, 201313 yr Author LeBron's 3 lowest scoring outputs of the post-season are 15, 17, and 18. They have all come in the last three games against the Spurs. I am not going to jump too hard on LBJ. He was off but I did not see him go from "Chosen One" to "Frozen One" like he did two seasons ago. Thus far the Spurs have just done a great job defending him and daring him to shoot the ball.
June 12, 201313 yr Thus far the Spurs have just done a great job defending him and daring him to shoot the ball. Yep. The Spurs want him and Wade shooting jumpers. Pack the lane, and make them beat you by knocking down shots.
June 12, 201313 yr Whoa. The series now hinges upon how healthy Tony Parker is. I feel like that is getting lost in the shuffle here. They really struggled without him last night, didn't they? But yes, I agree with you. It is hard to believe the Spurs could win the series without Parker.
June 12, 201313 yr I hope Parker is healthy but I think the Spurs could win without him. I think he will be fine.
June 12, 201313 yr It's been talked about how long the Heat have gone without losing two straight games. Something like 5 months, which is impressive. But they now haven't won two straight games since taking the four straight against the Bulls and the first against the Pacers. Since then they've lost one, won one, etc.
June 12, 201313 yr Does it seem weird to anyone else to see these lopsided scores in the Finals? Seems like it was this way when the Spurs beat the Pistons several years ago.
June 12, 201313 yr Shocking to see them play like that would Parker and Manu playing the way they did. Can Neal and Green keep it going for 2 more games?
June 12, 201313 yr Shocking to see them play like that would Parker and Manu playing the way they did. Can Neal and Green keep it going for 2 more games? I think Neal and Green will continue to play good. I doubt they out up 24 and 27 points though.
June 12, 201313 yr Whoa. The series now hinges upon how healthy Tony Parker is. I feel like that is getting lost in the shuffle here. I agree, tough blow to the Spurs if he's not healthy.
June 12, 201313 yr Seems like it was this way when the Spurs beat the Pistons several years ago. Seems like its this way anytime the Spurs make it to the Finals. I think Miami's game 2 win was the first Finals game the Spurs have lost in the Duncan/Pop era. You can correct me if I'm wrong, I know your the Spurs fan. Seems like I had heard that though.....
June 12, 201313 yr Shocking to see them play like that would Parker and Manu playing the way they did. Can Neal and Green keep it going for 2 more games? I don't know about Neal, but Green sure doesn't show any signs of letting up. Kids been on fire all series long, if it leaves his hands count it. Neal has played well, and had a big time game last night but he hasn't been consistently killing it like DG.
June 12, 201313 yr What happened to Parker? Hamstring. Not sure how serious it is though, he left last nights game in the second half to go back to the training room for a little while. Supposed to have an MRI today I think.
