That may be true but I don't think that is the only reason he is leaving, if he does leave. I bumped into someone in his family at a game last year and they told me then that he was thinking about leaving. So there was dissatisfaction in place before Nevels ever got there.

I spoke with Breandon he said that he and Nevels constantly argued that's why he quit.

Saw this coming from 100 miles away. Hope things work out for him. He needs a good mentor and has to accept one.

I can promise you this, whoever gets him their chances of winning district or potentionally getting to BG improve dramatically. There are very few in NKY that will be able to handle him 1 on 1 when he's on defense and when he's motivated on offense he can move anyone.

If its issues with the coach, who would want him? If its issues in school, that's a different ball game. These kids today, man, it's a joke. Unfortunately, most the time it starts with the parents. Lets not forget, no matter where he goes, he can't play unless there's a change of address. This will get me in trouble, but I did see a couple of apartments immediately go up for rent in ft. Thomas.....

"Probably needs a mentor. Has size and some skills but he needs to show them when going up against like competition. Easy to look good when you can just bull-rush someone you outweigh. Of course, these kids start out at a disadvantage to begin with and add the fact that head coaches don't seem to stay around much at Holmes. I'm kind of surprised he's not playing for a different school if he's that good. These diamonds in the rough at Holmes do need a little extra help if for anything else, to show them that effort and hard work on the field and in the classroom can open up so many doors if they're just willing to take that first step through."

 

I posted the above on May 9th. I just had hunch he might leave.

 

It's been posted he did not get along with Coach Nevels. Heck, Nevels just got there!

 

I'd bet the ranch he'll be playing in 2013.

I'm sure he and/or parents have talked to lots of people about options. I'm sure he'll end up at a perennial winner.
