May 18, 201313 yr I'd take half of it and sit it in a low risk mutual fund or bond fund and live off the annual interest income. From the half I didn't invest, I'd pay off all my debts, my familys debt, my fiancé's family's debt, and give each of my close friends and immediate relatives $2 million. Buy a couple houses around the country, get Diamond Seat season tickets, a private jet, and tell my job to "peace out".

I thought about it last night as I drove past the gas station but I hear all the horror stories of people that win the lottery then everything goes to hell (Divorce, drugs, everyone asking for money, etc..) . Money does crazy things to people. So I passed, I'm pretty happy with my life how it is. Plus I have a better chance of getting hit by lightening 10 times than winning.
