April 24, 201511 yr Author Lee will be really good next season. He will definitely start IMO. Coach Cal has said that this coming year belongs to POY and Lee. Tells me both will start.
April 24, 201511 yr You sure about that? Cal did, but Kentucky did. You're way off on this one @mountain ref. Besides we all know that kids choose the coach, not the school.
April 24, 201511 yr I would say Lee and Poythress start and Skal comes off the bench. Don't see anyway Skal comes off the bench. He's going to be one of the best players in the country. I'll say a lineup of: PG - Ulis SG - Briscoe SF - Poythress PF - Diallo C - Skal Lee, Murray, Mulder, Matthews, Willis, and Hawkins all off the bench.
April 24, 201511 yr I think Poythress will be a PF and Diallo will be on another team. But, let's see who they end up with, then we'll make some projections.
April 24, 201511 yr ^They aren't all going to start. I agree, so going back to my original point, if we don't get Diallo, Lee is the backup 4 and 5.
April 24, 201511 yr I agree, so going back to my original point, if we don't get Diallo, Lee is the backup 4 and 5. Or Poythress. Or the kid from Charlotte.
April 24, 201511 yr Don't be so sure of that. 4 years into Cal's system and doesn't start? I don't know man I have him pencilled in but I could be wrong.
April 24, 201511 yr 4 years into Cal's system and doesn't start? I don't know man I have him pencilled in but I could be wrong. See Darius Miller (3 years with Cal). Don't forget Poythress came off the bench after starting his Freshman season. Personally I like having someone like Poythress off the bench for energy purposes. I thought that role suited him better once he begun to figure out things his second season.
April 24, 201511 yr 4 years into Cal's system and doesn't start? I don't know man I have him pencilled in but I could be wrong. He was the 3 this year before he got injured. We need to see the final roster because that will impact who starts at 4 and 5, but Alex is the 3, IMO.
