U.S. Attorneys don't mess around. They don't gun for you until they know they've got you and they've got incredible resources at their disposal to make sure that they do. April 25, 201313 yr I agree with taking down of his name in Rupp ... but the statement he was an average player in college is rubbish. Check out his college numbers. He had 1 year where he averaged 10 pts and the other 3 years were he averaged much less than that. IMO that is average and certainly not worthy of having his name hang from the rafters.
April 26, 201313 yr His arraignment was today. Any news? Entered a "Not Guilty" plea, no surprise there!! Judge told him to seek employment, surrender his passport, and not leave the State of Kentucky. Scheduled trial for early June, but that will probably be pushed back. Richie asked if he could go on a previously scheduled trip to Cancun Mexico in May with his girlfriend.....judge said NO!!!!
