April 26, 201313 yr Entered a "Not Guilty" plea, no surprise there!! Judge told him to seek employment, surrender his passport, and not leave the State of Kentucky. Scheduled trial for early June, but that will probably be pushed back. Richie asked if he could go on a previously scheduled trip to Cancun Mexico in May with his girlfriend.....judge said NO!!!! Thought he was working as a car salesman in Clay Co.

September 5, 201313 yr Author Surely there is no way he gets sent to the Federal Prison in Manchester, Big Sandy or McCreary County...send him to Atlanta or Lompoc Ca. I'll bet he gets sent to a Federal Prison Camp (No walls few guards and gets to work at another Prison or on a Military base each day)
