What age group are you talking about? The 17s? Who have they lost to that isn't any good? There's only one AAU team in Ky that can play with them and they aren't coming. I think the Magic 15s and Hoop Dreams 15s will battle for that age group. Probably the same for the 16s.

The tournaments they have entered against quality national opponents that they have won. Didn't they just win the Run N Slam tourney in Fort Wayne last week? The Silver Division Champions?

Yeah, the "Silver Division Champions"..... While two of the Teams that Team Manimal has beaten this season and one that they lost to by 2 were playing in the Gold Bracket of that same Tournament....

The Magic 15s won the Indiana Tip-Off Tournament also.

Good to hear. It'd be even nicer if someone would post that information weekly so we all could know how well Ky teams are performing. I haven't seen or heard anything about Team Manimal since they posted their roster. I hope there are more than just two teams that are worth seeing at the State AAU tourney.

Trust me there is more than enough talent in the 15's to give theme some comp.... I think everyone is going to be very surprised when they get to State if teams don't run away from a little comp in their own age group.

No clue. I'd be interested in seeing what they do. I believe the Magic split their 16s into two teams and both played up last year. I just hope I get a chance to see all of the teams play. Hoop Dreams, Team Manimal, Magic.....I hope I can see them all.

How many tournaments have team manimal won? The magic 15s have already won 2 big tournaments and were in final four of another. I would put magic 15s up against any 15u team in the state!! Only team I see that will challenge them is hoop dreams. I hope I'm wrong bc I'm looking forward to the state tournament.

They don't control what bracket they are put in. They won the championship in the bracket they were placed in. Where was team manimal at? Is team manimal going to be at the state tournament? I've been hearing they have a real nice team. Would like to see them play. With the coaches they have I bet they are very good

I am pretty sure they are competing.... And they do control the bracket they are in. It is based off wins and losses during Pool Play. Louisville Magic had too many losses during pool play to make it into the Gold Bracket, therefore mitigating them to the Silver Bracket. I think they lost 2 out of 3 games during pool play.

Gotta love the measuring contests between AAU affiliates. Let's break out the rulers.

The Louisville Magic 15s won the Silver Bracket, yes. This was the bracket for the 3rd and 4th place teams in pool play, which means they did not advance out of their pool.
