I like Pat Ryan a lot. Great guy and lots of respect around Holy Cross. I have really loved his enthusiasm with the baseball team, and I'm kinda hoping he stays there.

 

Whoever it is, they'll have their hands full next season. Truly will have to be rebuilt from the bottom up.

I'd rather take over a good program during an off year. Time to put your philosophies into place while managing expectations. The players will come through eventually.

Is Holy Cross able to give new coach a teaching job?

Rod Snapp seems like a good choice to me. Very energetic, fiery and gets the most out of his players. Of course he also likes to bring the Ohio boys over to play. Only difference is he will get HC to the regional tournament.

If the candidate gets the job, people will be kicking themselves for not bringing his name up. Honestly don't know if people even realize he has a teaching degree. The other candidate has been brought up.
