I saw it. The coach started on the official as he was leaving the floor, and continued his rant and advancement towards the official after the buzzer. Wouldn't stop, even after the first technical. Could have gotten ugly. Your assessment of why the technicals were shot is the way it was explained last night.

 

What were the officials doing while this was happening? Were they near the handshake line? Were they running out the door and the coach followed?

I was there and it was the craziest thing I have ever witnessed. The coach went smack off on the official, and like Mr. Viking said he continued after the first technical. I thought he was going to cross the line and end up in the Lewis County Detention Center. No bussiness anywhere in high school sports for someone that acts like that. If that coach is not let go then it is an injustice.

The officials were on there way off the floor when the coach stepped in front of him, and what ever it was he said must have been really bad because the official locked it up and the confrontation began.

I am told there was a wild scene at the end of regulation tonight in what I will assume is a big rivalry between Lewis and Fleming.

 

I'd love to hear from someone that was there.

 

I'm told that Fleming won the game by 3 in regulation. However, as the teams were progressing through the post-game handshake a Fleming County coach (maybe an assistant) yelled at the refs who were still around and got 2 Ts. That meant that Lewis County got 4 FTs. They made 3 and the game went to OT where Fleming won.
