Tyler Bezold, great? I think he's good, but I wouldn't say great. Before I named him I'd say Williams, Weyer, Sweeney, maybe flood, and some others....

 

Again, don't get me wrong. Bezold is good, and will only get better, but wouldn't put him in the top 5 just yet.

 

Bezold is a very smart player with a really nice shot. He has the potential to crack the top 10 easily and maybe more.

I'm talking pure athlete...not star in those sports.

 

Andrew Arnold could be thrown in that category as well. Started LB for Holmes varsity this year and is getting regular varsity minutes in basketball.

The best three sport player is Fieger hands down.

Now, this I could possibly agree with.

My suggestion, chief, is you actually watch some teams and kids before you start telling me whether he would play for CCH and who he would play over. You've shown you have no clue.

 

I watched VH play one game against varsity competition and he clearly can play well at that level. Is he a Hatton? No, but kid has a tight handle, can shoot and will only get stronger. I can see him getting up to around 6'3 by the time he's a soph or JR.

Since we are now on to 4 pages of frosh and 8th grade players....

 

Giving a shout out to St Henry's Adam Goetz. Starting point guard for JV and getting varsity minutes too. He will be even more visible next year when St Henry loses 5 very good seniors.

I would put Matt Wilson in that conversation.

How does this look for a top 10 scenario. I am including all freshman regardless of what level they play. and no 8th. graders.

Have to disagree with the Williams selection in the top 10 right now. I have seen him play several times, and although very athletic and fast... I don't see the basketball savvy yet. Still very raw in my opinion. Could certainly be a top 10 or 15 by the time he is done, but not yet ImO

His name is Kobe Carlton and yes he is a very talented and smart player. In my opinion, he is one of the best freshman in the state.

 

Very good player. But, top frosh in the state is overly ambitious ImO. I would consider him in top 10 in No. Ky. He does a great job for Gallatin and I think he has a lot of potential.

BF, in post #70 you mention Williams as being in the top 10 and in this post you say he is not. Are you confused?

You must have not seen Stephon Greene at Holmes High School. He is without a doubt better than half that list.

Tell me about Fieger as I know nothing about him. I find it hard to believe Wilson is not in the conversation given his size and strength.
