Based on those two photo's it was an easy call and glad they called it as I hate to see them swallow their whistle based on the time of the game. If it's a foul, it's a foul. Big stones by the young man to sink both! Congrats to him.

I saw the video of Racke making his 2nd FT and the reaction. Very cool.

If he goes to CCH they will be crazy good with Vonhandorf, himself, and young Gunner Schuh. Gunner shoots lights out!

 

If it wasn't for Vonhandorf playing qb I bet he would be at CCH. They are both very good young qb's but only one can start...

What a great game last night. The jitters of the players in the beginning, the level and toughness of the play and the atmosphere. If I hadn't known better, I would have thought that I was watching a regional final. First time I've said this all basketball season but I event thought the officiating was pretty solid; if you went inside, you needed to get mugged to draw a foul; they let them play for the most part. Two very even teams with players that will be fun to watch.

Congrats to the Pioneers! Glad to see Cam step up and knock down those charity shots.

Last year I dug up the 2012 frosh thread while those boys were playing their senior year. Very interesting to see who played and succeeded as frosh and compare it to the results as seniors.

Three years ago we got great updates and info from TheOldGuy. His posts are prominent throughout this thread.

 

Very interesting to see the kids that have switched schools, the kids that have stopped playing, and how the kids that did not play any frosh ball have impacted their teams this season.

4 of the starting SK 5 who won the Tourney are no longer playing Hoops.

 

I noted 5-6 other kids who are also no longer on their respective team's Varsity rosters this year as Juniors.

 

Kids that have stayed consistent are Fries (SK), Scott (Conner), Flood (CovCath).
