Ray Lewis to Retire at Season's End

Featured Replies

He is the true definition of a thug. He watched his friends murder a dude and then he lied about it. Even went so far as to hide his white suit covered in blood in a garbage can around the corner(real smart). He was a hell of a football player but for people who value their athletes to be 'decent' people to like Ray Lewis is an oxymoron. If Demarcus Cousins, Ron Artest, Stephen Jackson etc are thugs then Ray Lewis is the poster child.

Yeah, because you have unquestionable proof that he was guilty, right?

Just because an athlete is present when a murder occurs doesn't ensure their guilt.

He's guilty as sin. Take your blinders off.

Dude kills people.............................

He didn't murder anyone. You even said so yourself in your previous post. Did he witness it? Most likely. Did he lie about it? Again, most likely. Neither of those make him guilty of murder though.

I am going strictly off of memory but I could have sworn that Ray Lewis arrived with the guys accused of murder and left with the guys accused of murder. IMO, he watched it and then lied about it to cover for his friends. Call it what you want.

The technical name would be "complicity". And I agree with you, dude should have done time for it.

He's just another prime example as to athletes being above the law. Incredible talent but a seemingly bad person.

Instead he got a Super Bowl ring, a Super Bowl MVP and legacy as one of the greatest LBers ever.

Looks like he is going to take a stab at broadcasting.

He will be a terrible broadcaster.

Very well done, Sir.

He will be a terrible broadcaster.

I think he'll kill it.

I would say that the media love fest for him is borderline sickening... but there is no borderline about it.
