Thought the Bearcats was going to pull it out at the end.

Cincy didn't get a good look on that final play. Think they'd been better off trying to go to the rim. New Mexico is for real though.

Yeah it was a bad shot. Held my breath for a second when that guy made the shot after the buzzer. Hah

Fun game. New Mexico is legit.

The verdict is still out on both teams I think. New Mex did just lost to South Dakota St at home. UC doesn't have enough offense when they run into teams who can play with them.

I really liked the big guy for the Lobos.

Agree. Well coached. Fundamentally sound all around. Love the way Alford handles himself. Class act.

Did he get the block at the end? Great move to put length on the perimeter.

Had to have been a switch.

Pretty sure it was.

The foul situation at the end really hurt Cincinnati. 12 seconds left and they weren't able to get a shot off until less than three seconds remained. Nyarsuk with his jersey on backwords made me chuckle a bit.

It was a switch but the spacing is what allowed it to happen. Great defense by the Lobos.

Yes. He switched on the handoff.

Cronin: "We're too high on ourselves." Says he is disappointed with lack of toughness.

Was a good game. I thought New Mexico executed well at the end. They put UC in a tough position having to inbound on the baseline underneath there basket with no timeouts and the inbounds man couldn't move on the baseline. That's a tough position to be in but New Mexico played the game like Chess to force UC into that position.
