^ I agree with that. I'm just wondering how they'll police it.

It's already being policed. If you get high, drive a car, and get pulled over the officer can already give you a DUI.

How is it measured in the field?

I have never tried it and never will. Can't stand the smell of it. That is the same reason I have never tried cigs. 20 years ago my brother-in-laws put me in the back seat of their small car(I should have known something was up because I always sat up front) and then proceeded to light up two big joints. They did this for about 45 mins. I didn't feel any different than normal. Can you get high from second hand smoke?

By how tall it is! :D

Jonathan Jackson has hit you in the head.

Driving impaired by anything is against the law. Is their way to give a quantitative value? No. But, there isn't a way to give a quantitative value for prescription drugs, while used legally or illegally (even drug panels in the hospital are qualitative not quantitative and many drugs don't even show up on drug panels). Field sobriety tests are all that I know of to determine impairment for Marijuana or other drugs and/or substances.

Yes you can get high from second hand smoke.

NO WAY

Yes way, seen it happen many times.

I would most certainly use it and I've probably used it twice in the last 8-9 years so it would be a change. The tax money from weed and gambling (if they also allowed sports gambling) would give KY politicians at least 20 more years of royally screwing over the citizens with their policies before they got in financial trouble again.

Richie Farmer may make a comeback then.

The only reason I don't smoke is bc it's not legal. I tried it once ever and it was for the most ******** of reasons. I was just trying to tick some friends off. But ya so always stayed away from it bc it's illegal. If it were legal I guess I wouldn't have a reason not to other than I never did it before. Wonder what companies policy would be?

25 years ago on spring break in Daytona I tried it for the only time EVER, didn't do a thing for me. Then again for all I know it was someone's "lawn clippings".

Back in the softball days I played for a team that was sponsored by NKY's biggest pot dealer at the time, had access to the stuff every weekend for years and didn't have a inkling to indulge. A couple of my teammates would partake, only after we finished playing for the day/night. My mom always asked, "why do you play for that guy"?. It was an easy answer, "I don't pay a dime for anything, shoes, bats, gloves, hotels, tourneys, nothing".......plus it was a great team.
