I saw King drop 2 passes that he should have easily caught. Both clutch and on 4th down. One for a first down, and one for a touchdown.

November 4, 201213 yr Not going to be surprised if Joker continues to survive for another season. At this point, it is way past overdue so why has it not happened?? Soon, all of Big Blue Nation will be focused on Coach Cal and another title run & Joker won't be in the spotlight. Don't be surprised at all next August when Joker walks out on the field and we start the whole dismal process again. I don't think the University has the courage to fire him quite honestly or it would have already happened.
November 4, 201213 yr There are going to be some more attractive SEC coaching jobs open up this year (Arkansas, Tennessee and Auburn come to mind), so it will be even harder for UK to land a good coach to replace Joker. I bet UK hangs onto Joker for one more year. If UK wants to go "all in" and get a coach that will have the most immediate positive impact on the field in terms of success, regardless of his character or public perception, UK needs to get Petrino. I am sure they could get him, at this point. If they did land him, I am sure the national media groups that currently don't care much for UK would have a field day with UK having Cal and Petrino at the same time.
November 4, 201213 yr Whatever happens with the coaching situation, I just hope Patrick Towles gets out and goes somewhere else. I don't know anything about quarterback potential or who is or is not cut out to QB in the SEC, but I just wish for him that he could go to a place where he can play, experience some success and enjoy his college playing career. Whether that is at another top tier program or a MAC program, I don't particularly care. It makes me sad that he's in the situation he currently is in at UK.

November 4, 201213 yr Towles looked terrible. I didnt think he looked terrible but we all know that Towels has Div 1 talent. How many snaps has he taken thus far? Is he supposed to be lights out? To the defense of the awful program, they do have a ton of freshman out there. However, I just think Towles would develop better at a different school.
