# 23 , Scruggs had 180 yards rushing for Holmes and a 92 yard kick off return, Highlands scored on there first play, with 1 second left inthe first half Highlands scores on a long pass, thought Holmes played hard. Very nice crowd at Tom Ellis Stadium tonight.

Holmes was running to the outside about every play with Peterson or Scruggs. Holmes offense was crazy looking. 74 and 2 other big boys where playing RB. Who ever was in the wildcat would run behind them. Highlands defense had 2 down linemen. Had to be the weirdest formations ever.

Last I heard, starting QB Coston was hurt. Maybe someone closer can confirm or deny.

 

Cheek is a solid back up though. He actually got more reps than Coston over the summer.
