October 23, 201213 yr What you got against t-dog? In three seasons he has added very little to the story itself. I don't believe he has a problem with T-dog but I agree with where he is coming from. Every main character thus far has had some kind if main storyline or at least has been a main part of the show. T-dog has not been either. Either make him more meaningful or kill him off.

There was that racial element in the earliest part of the first season with Daryl's brother, but other than that, you're absolutely right.

That's exactly how I feel. They just haven't done a whole lot with his character at all. Wish they'd give him a chance to show a little more.

He adds no meaning to the story. There is no attachment to his character. People only love him because they pity his character. If Lori died everyone would cheer because they hate her, if Darryl died everyone would be pissed because he is a tough guy, if Glenn died everyone would be sad because he is a good guy, but with T-dog there is none of that. He is more if a glorified extra than an actual character. Hopefully that changes with the return of Merle (sp?)

I guess we agree to disagree on this then but I don't see where you're coming from on this. I agree that not ever character needs to be a main character but thy have really sucked at developing his character to any level. Maggie's little sister has had a bigger part in the show than T-dog. I'm not saying make him like Darryl or Glen but he should have some sort of meaning just like every other supporting actor in a television show. Take Lost for example, not every character was a main character but you an guarantee that they all had moments or at least a consistency in the show. Look st other shows that dealt with a group of people as its core cast and see how that played out. All were involved in some way. He really isn't. Good thing you and I at least agree on the Braves. :lol:

I think this is where T-Dog will have at least one show as main character when he meets up with Merle.

October 23, 201213 yr I want to start this by saying it's not a good idea to start questioning a show about Zombies. That said I'm having a bit of a hard time with the fact that the world got to the point it is. I mean the 9 year old boy killed 3 of them on his own on his way to get band aids. How the heck did they take out the majority of the population?

I think they are going the direction of Carl being more hardened this season from growing up in this world and seeing what he sees on a daily basis. He did kill a zombie within th first 30 seconds of the opening episode this season. I think a lot of it has to do with seeing his dad kill Shane.
