Maybe Romney was right...

His healthcare policies have had a direct effect in the coverage and affordability of women's health issues. Those directly affect me, my daughter, sisters, daughter-in-law, aunts, mother, friends.... It has improved my parents' lives.
Hmmm, my wife, my daughter, my mom hasn't been affected in any positive way. Wonder why things are different for your family than mine.

Sorry. You'll have to show me the video of a Tea Partier looking this stupid and representing Romney voters looking this stupid for me to believe that. These people grabbed the worst possible 'Obama supporter' and placed her on YouTube for the sole purpose of humiliation to that woman, her family and respectable Obama voters.

I agree....it would be hard to find a tea partier being this stupid.

We'll check back when/if it actually kicks in and see how you feel about it.

Dude? I feel like I'm back in the 70s, thanks!

I don't care who you vote for and I'm certainly not trying to convince you to vote for Romney. He's got zero chance of winning Kentucky, so what do I care?

His healthcare "plan" was and still is opposed by most Americans and it doesn't begin to scratch the surface or address the real problems. But what I want to know from you Obama supporters is what is he going to do to make America stronger? Continue blaming Bush for his own failures?

If you want to know about Romney, here's info from his site.

Care to make a small wager?biggrin.gif

Everything about it disgusts me. It's like when something tragic happens in a large city and instead of the news finding someone who can properly articulate what happens they to find Ezell from Friday and get his eye witness testimony. Disgusting.

I never said it was racist. I asked if people can now see the racial undertones from the statement Romney said about the 47%? This video pops up and now this is the image of the Obama 47%er. Racist? No. Racial undertones? Absolutely. People already talk about how blacks will vote for Obama because he's black. Now here's the video evidence to prove it is what that video says. That woman doesn't represent me or any of the other well educated blacks that I know will vote for Obama. Thanks to that video, that will be the face of the black Obama voter and that isn't fair.

Compared to how Tea Partiers are all considered racists? Life isn't fair.

I don't feel duped. The more this campaign season progresses, the more I feel I am being subjected to people who WANT to dupe me. Not Romney. I think he's pretty clear in who he is, but in his supporters. I'm still waiting for one of them to tell me Romney's plan so I can better make my decision. Neither Romney or his supporters are upping that. Interesting that many who support Romney slammed Obama in '08 for not having a plan....but they're OK if Romney doesn't. Shoot, even McCain presented a plan.

Rmom if you really have any intention at all of giving Romney a chance, and I do not believe you do, you would take the time to look up his policies. I do have to ask why you voted for Obama who had no plan even though you admit McCain did. Why the change in philosphy? Obama did not have a plan on healthcare in 2008.

I've asked the same of some of my Facebook friends. What can Romney do to win my vote? I'm still waiting to find out how he's going to fix the economy and how it will affect me.

You're probably not getting answers because you have made it plain in the past that you have never voted anything other than democrat and have no intention of changing that.

Not true. I have admitted multiple times I voted for Bush over Kerry. Felt he deserved 4 more years to fix things and couldn't convince myself that Kerry was capable. I can't help that people see that I am voting Obama and come to their own conclusions. I have admitted my 2004 ballot multiple times. On this board. In this forum.

I asked earlier and no one answered. How do we know she was paid? Because she said so? This woman who thinks Obama gave her a free phone? She's the source?

She thinks he got it for her....that is the problem here....the entitlement mentality. As long as they get "it" they will give the government credit. Problem is, the "it" keeps growing.

I run a small business....I have had people walk away from their job because they can get welfare with food stamps, free rent, free cell phone, free cable... If they were working...to get more pay, one would work hard, continue their education...if one is on welfare, to get more one just complains more. From what I see, welfare is ruining Kentucky, especially eastern Kentucky. Race isn't the issue.

This video is the stereotypical welfare queen that Reagan spoke of in the 80's. I'm glad none of you all see it as an issue. I stand by my statement that this plays on the 'blacks will vote for Obama regardless' belief. I also stand by my belief that the racial undertones of this video are disturbing.

Life isn't fair. It is what it is.
