History
Sorry. You'll have to show me the video of a Tea Partier looking this stupid and representing Romney voters looking this stupid for me to believe that. These people grabbed the worst possible 'Obama supporter' and placed her on YouTube for the sole purpose of humiliation to that woman, her family and respectable Obama voters. But she is an Obama supporter-paid to attend the rally, and because she looks the fool and is black is simply a fact. 2 +2=4.
spindoc
But it becomes an Obama/Romney thing when these videos of stupid and uninformed Obama voters are put out and then these idiots are incorrectly labeled as the 47% and Obama voters. Where are the videos of the stupid and uninformed Romney voters for us to be appalled at? The title of this thread is...Maybe Romney was right......it became an Obama/Romney thing before the first reply was made. I don't disagree. PurplePride92
What do we know about the person/people who made this video? Are they a Romney Campaign staffer or is this just an over zealous conservative? You'll have to ask the people who posted it. I saw it once and have no desire to ever see it again or research it. Shameful, disgraceful and degrading is what it is. It's unfair to all Obama supporters to have someone like this be the face of an Obama supporter. Some anti-Obama folks are possibly going to think of this woman when they think of Obama supporters. Makes my head hurt.

I asked earlier and no one answered. How do we know she was paid? Because she said so? This woman who thinks Obama gave her a free phone? She's the source? This woman who thinks Obama gave her a free phone? She's the source?I don't know if there is a phone program. However, most of the low income medicare/medicaid patients I see every day have the latest Apple offering. Did they get it free? Not sure. But they must have either a program or a certain amount of discretionary income to afford the phone. My question PP is do you find it hard to believe her? I know it puts her in a bad light and by association some Obama supporters, but isn't it plausible that she's being honest?

I really think that you're upset because the content of the video backs up the assertion that there are uneducated people who are going to vote for Obama just because they think he's going to give them stuff. I think that upset is compounded because the video evidence of those evil racist tea partiers that the left claimed existed never surfaced. And no I don't believe that the video is racist or that it demonstrates racist leanings of Romney supporters. I would have posted it had it been a lily white person stating the same thing. I had a hard time believing her about the phone until RTS explained in the Funny Stuff thread that Reagan set up the free land line phones in 1984 for welfare recipients and that Clinton expanded it to land line and cell phones in 1996. That tells me she has no clue who gave her that phone. Obama sure didn't. Clinton did. And that's if she's even talking cell phone. She didn't strike me as the type to have that many people wanting to converse with her. I do want to know how we know she got paid. If she is saying she got paid to protest I'm asking who paid her and how much? She could be taking about her welfare check she gets from Obama on the 1st and 15th for all we know. Which is the same check she'll be getting from Romney if he wins.

I also don't think for a second that it is Racist. Everything about it disgusts me. It's like when something tragic happens in a large city and instead of the news finding someone who can properly articulate what happens they to find Ezell from Friday and get his eye witness testimony. Disgusting. I never said it was racist. I asked if people can now see the racial undertones from the statement Romney said about the 47%? This video pops up and now this is the image of the Obama 47%er. Racist? No. Racial undertones? Absolutely. People already talk about how blacks will vote for Obama because he's black. Now here's the video evidence to prove it is what that video says. That woman doesn't represent me or any of the other well educated blacks that I know will vote for Obama. Thanks to that video, that will be the face of the black Obama voter and that isn't fair.

I know there are uneducated people who will vote for Obama under the perception that he gives them stuff. The reality is that he isn't giving them anymore than any other president has(and that Romney will give her if he wins) but here the videos are showing the world all these dumb Obama voters. You're naive if you believe this video hasn't done damage to the perception of the black Obama voter. You wouldn't understand though. If you can't understand the perception this video causes then all I can say is go find me a video of a white person on welfare(since there are more white people on welfare) who got paid to protest a Romney event and post it. I'll wait.

I can post racist Tea Party videos until the cows come home but I already know you guys will say....."that's not racist"...so what's the point of this conversation is what I am now asking myself.
