It is crazy to see Hopkinsville up there

I've never understood the problem with Knott County. They have nice facilities, they put a lot of effort into their other sports programs and I know they have the athletes available.

What about Scott high school? I would like to know their record for the last 20 years. Anyone have that?

1990-1999....19-82. Includes 3 (0-10), 1 (1-9), & 3 (2-8).

2000-2009....21-83. Includes 2 (0-10), 1 (1-9), & 3 (2-8).

2010-2011....06-15.

 

KHSSA has a nice records book for all sports.

Folks, these kids LOVE the game of football. They deserve alllll the credit in the world for doing what they do to play.

WOW! That really suprised me to see Hopkinsville at 12! What in the world is going on there?

Knott Central lost their 33rd straight last week but it was impressive enough to get three votes in this week's Class 3A AP Poll.

Simon Kenton had a run of bad teams back in the 90s as well. It was usually a battle of the winless in Kenton Co between them and Scott. Now they have great program going! So all these teams listed can at least know that it wont always be this way, and that they are building the foundation for the programs future.

Remove East Ridge from the list, they beat Phelps 60-28 last Friday. :clap: Congratulations Warriors!!!!

 

In 2011 East Ridge was 0-10 and scored a total of 44 points for the season.

 

This season they are 1-2, but more competitive and their offense has put up 96 points in 3 games.

Both East Ridge and Hopkinsville have come off the list in the past two weeks.
