The Mrs. filed for divorce less than 3 days after the head butt.

Wonder how long it will take her to file the civil suit for the tort of assault?

Chad 'Ochocinco' Johnson Cheated On Evelyn Lozada Just Before Wedding, Claims Alleged Former Mistress | Radar Online

He's a real piece of work...

Beverly Shiner, 30, made the groundbreaking revelation to RadarOnline.com that she dated Johnson from January until May this year, during which time Evelyn was elbow-deep in wedding plans – and she claims that the unabashed adulterer didn't even try to hide his deceit.

After first making contact by following him on Twitter, Shiner claims that 34-year-old Chad sent a personal message to her with his number inviting her out for dinner.

"I Googled him before we met and saw he was engaged, but at the time there were reports that she had broken it off because she thought he was cheating, so I assumed they had split up," she told Radar.

"While I was there he called Evelyn and asked if she could order a pizza to be delivered for him, and even had her pay for it on her credit card," Shiner told Radar. "I thought it was odd and wondered if she was really his fiancee or just a secretary."

The affair finally came to a head in the beginning of May, Shiner claims, when after spending a passionate night together, Beverly was heading back over and he didn't reply to her texts or calls.

"He had asked me to come over so I drove there and knocked on his door and he didn’t answer even though I could hear his X Box playing. Then I texted him the next day and he didn’t apologize," she told Radar.

"I got upset and told him, 'You are not the guy I thought you were,’ to which he replied that he had been sleeping and warned me, 'You’re overstepping your boundaries a little bit. I’m not your man, keep your comments to yourself.’"

"He said, 'I’m not doing anything different than what every other man is doing,' he thinks it is fine to cheat. I feel he was completely disrespectful and he led me on," she said bitterly.

5 years? 3.5 years?

I would say Chad is close to being broke right now. My number is less than one year.

Not excusing Chad's behavior, but Beverly Shiner sounds like a groupie and a fool.

Groupie certainly, fool maybe. She knew what she was doing/getting into.

The real fool is Chad but we already knew that.

I wonder if the Bengals would give him a second chance but make it to where he can't do all his foolish stuff.

Not a chance.

No way no how!!!

I mean even if he didn't have any of the foolish stuff, why would they even NEED him back? I would take most of the young receivers over him these days. They have a lot of young talent at the Receiver spot right now.

5 years? 3.5 years?

Replace years with months.

The only thing I feel bad about for Chad is it took me awhile to realize how dumb he is. I thought he was charismatic and knew what he was doing. Thinking ahead a lot plannin his after football career etc. After his last two stints trying to learn playbooks etc I don't think it was lack of effort as much as he's dumb. When he kept going on about that chick on Twitter I knew he was even more dumb. Writing was on the wall with her. Sad he could be a multi multi millionare catching TD's for arguably the greatest QB ever (I am not a Brady fan but he's left his mark) instead he is jobless, about to be robbed of his money, been humiliated, lost his TV show and hurt his marketability. I kick him a lot because he has always been a me before the team guy. Sad I think it's finally sinking in for him now what a clown he was. Good heart+fun loving but not the kind of guy I want on my team!

I would have taken him on my team every day of the week up until after the 2007 season. Through the 2007 season he probably was one of the hardest working guys on the Bengals team, and was staying the night at the stadium and doing whatever he could to be the best receiver he could be. However after that 2007 season his focus definitely went away from football, and yes after that he was not the kind of guy you would want on a team. If I knew he was going to stop caring about football, I would have been agreeing with you on trading Chad to the Redskins back then.

That's the sad thing. When he hadn't developed the HUGE EGO he was one of the top WR's in the NFL. Once he started making himself bigger than the team that's when the monster kept feeding off himself. Crazy the Bengals could have had TWO 1st rd picks for him.

To me I've never questioned his work ethic. Much like TO I think he works hard. I did question his commitment in New England to studying his playbook instead of outside distractions especially the amount of time on Twitter. Can't remember if it were you and I that disagreed on here about that one or not but I've heard three different Radio guys bring that exact topic up this week that he screwed up spending so much time on Twitter instead of his playbook in New England.

For his sake I hope Rock Bottom will wake him up to get a couple years left out of his body so he can live a good life after football.
