I can't remember seeing a player tossed arguing a ball. Interesting that if the replacement gets the out it counts against the tossed player.

1st strike was on the outside corner, probably a little off the plate, but called a strike, nonetheless. 2nd pitch was, literally, in the exact same place. Batter turned around said it was, "in the same place." Audio captured that. The batter pointed toward the ref, got run.
