I'd think that most people wouldn't want to admit that they saw the signs, because then everyone would question them on why they didn't do something about them.

Hard telling, she could have a contract agreement that says you have to take who we appoint you. I'm not a huge fan of attorney's but I feel for some of them, tough situation to be in.

They did say that she was a public defender and that she was assigned his case.
