No, but they should've had somebody up to start the inning, given Arroyo's history of going downhill fast. At worst, you stall with a trip to the mound after the first hit. Probably would've made the most sense to get somebody up after the walk.

You don't warm someone up while a dude's throwing a no hitter. Not unless he's at 130 pitches. After the first hit, sure. You stall with a trip and get someone going quickly. Not BEFORE he gives up a hit.
