May 29, 201214 yr He's just doing it to bug you Mtn Ref. All kidding aside there is a lot of truth to that. Not just mountain ref, but anyone that questions things like this or the birth issue. Obama stays silent on the issue because most see those type questions as silly and it does nothing but harm the Republican cause which make the President smile. The more these issues are on the surface as brought on by the extremes, the more it is attached with mainstream conservatives though most conservatives do not question these things.

Based on the birther controversy, I'll take a stab and say it was poor performance in geography.
