I advocate the Mike Scioscia look. Warm up on top with the rest of the normal uni.

He is required by MLB rules to have a jersey on underneath. I remember Terry Francona being checked by the umpires prior to a Red Sox/Yankees game a few years back. I'm not saying they all wear them underneath their pullovers, but those are apparently the rules.

 

As for my opinion, a team pullover with khaki pants and turf shoes would be the best option.

Come on people. Sweet Lou would have looked stupid ( I know, I know) out there kicking dirt, and throwing bases wearing anything other than a baseball uniform, especially khaki pants.

Didn't the NFL squash that idea when former 49ers coach Mike Nolan wanted to wear a suit at a game? I'm thinking they told him no, it had to be officially licensed team gear.

This is the same league that has 2 different set of rules or each league. I'm not surprised. Seems silly to me as well.
