Don't know why REO but Styx was a natural because Tommy Shaw and Nugent were together in "Dang Yankees" for a while. Styx is playing their more rocking songs now because Dennis DeYoung is no longer with them.

Bottom line some supporters are going to say some very bad and stupid things from time to time...and yes politicians will look the other way as long as they are being supported and what ever they said is no longer in the news cycle. Agreed 100%. And we must also include ourselves for looking the other way when it is someone who shares our same views. I am guilty of it as I feel we all are.

Yep when we agree politically, we are all guilty of snickering at it and over looking it from time to time. There are some times when agree or not some pretty egregious things get said that we have to call out, regardless which side it comes from.
