The issue isn't the production, it's the links w/ steroids while in Texas. If he does get in, he'll be the first of the guys w/ rumors circulating about him to get in.

He is the third best catcher to ever play the game. He is SLIGHTLY behind Bench. Also behind Yogi and his titles in NY.

Canseco (who has proven to be fairly credible) said he either a) shot him up b) saw him use or c) both.

Hopefully he can get the door to start opening for the steroids guys. Because if the HOF doesn't have Bonds in it then it's not really the Hall of Fame if you ask me...
