January 27, 200323 yr My two favorites for a fish fry are crappie and sauger. A few mentioned crappie but no one else mentioned sauger. Anyone else out there have a taste bud for those toothy things?

Anyone else out there have a taste bud for those toothy things? I catch quite a few sauger in the south fork of the cumberland river. They are very good. Tastes just like thier cousin the walleye.

March 12, 200323 yr some one told me alot of the scallops you get today are really shark, due to the shortage of scallops, and that scollops are really smaller as in nickel diameter,,,???
March 14, 200323 yr Bass Redfish Catfish Louisiana is the "Sportsman's Paradise". I have some vocational fishermen that bring me fresh fish and shrimp any time I ask (and them some) :bounce:
