Best fish to eat?

My two favorites for a fish fry are crappie and sauger. A few mentioned crappie but no one else mentioned sauger. Anyone else out there have a taste bud for those toothy things?

I catch quite a few sauger in the south fork of the cumberland river. They are very good. Tastes just like thier cousin the walleye.

Which do you like better - Snapper or Mahi Mahi? I've had Shark (which I think is too fishy), Grouper (which is great) and Scamp (which is even better).

Had it once on the barbie and loved it, it is quite expensive around here though per lb. I wait to get the fresh catch of it down on the coast.

I haven't ever ate it before but I would jump at the chance to eat some SHARK.

some one told me alot of the scallops you get today are really shark, due to the shortage of scallops, and that scollops are really smaller as in nickel diameter,,,???
