Did the Prestonsburg receivers have that much speed to be wide open like that. What has Desales done to get this far in the playoffs, they must be doing something right. What do they do well on offense and defense. What do they need to improve on

Nothing bothers or troubles me excepting going to work on Monday morning and waiting for another Friday night to roll around and go play. There is (one thing that does bother me. Ready! when some people think that their schools opponent has no chance to win. If the opponent at this time of the year were not a formidable foe they would not be there. Years ago a young athlete from Louisville Ky had no chance against Heavyweight boxer Sonny Liston. Do you recall what happen to Mr. Liston. Just be proud to be from KY and that your team is still playing.

Neither Stud!! Just quite proud of where we come from. In Northern Kentucky (football territory) in our state. If Boone or any other N.ky football progam in 6A had the enrollment than you pick from (all Male school) we could compete somewhat more efficiently.

I was glad to see Big John Keating (77) playing friday night. I know he is hurting but his presence makes the Breds defense that much stronger. Seems like everybody is healthy. Desales will have their hands full that's for sure. Good Luck to both squads.

Yes and headed to Ohio State to play in the outfield. Pangallo, Enzweiler, Lipscomb all can pitch. Don't expect Wrobleski to pitch but he will hurt you with his bat and speed in center field. Expect to see NCC in the post season fray. They have alot more talent than just who is mentioned.

I'll have a friendly disagreement with you about the statement in your avatar. The best players from NCC are from Ft. Thomas. Why? Is in intended to make Ft.Thomas look better or degrade NCC's ability to draw from other cities other than yours. It's unfortunate to sit at an NCC game when they announce half time scores and the Highlands score is booed the loudest. Most of the Catholic families in Ft. Thomas do send their children to NCC, always have and always will unless tuition gets crazy. We have all heard enough on this issue, comments like this do nothing but tarnish an otherwise outstanding football program that you have enjoyed for decades. Unless you really get such a big kick out of this, please it it go. I'll bet you feel and sound better in the future.

There has to be put in place a system to where the officials who land these types of games be evaluated better. I know they get the games as a crew. The group at NCC/Corbin game have absolutely no reason being put in a game of this magnitude. It's not fair to anyone, especially the teams that are competing. This is like asking a barber (no offense) to perform a triple bi-pass operation. There has to be better crews out there not getting these games. I'm crying foul on this one it's simply wrong.:argue:

To much travel, they are not playing in Germany (Frankfurt). Im confused. Im sure Beechwood will have a bus with some nice cushy seats to sit on. Better come up with a better one than that. N.Ky teams seem to travel quite a bit this time of year. Beechwood has made I few if I remember correctly. If Frankfort beats Beechwood it will be because they are very talented.

What are Desales strengths and weaknesses on both sides of the ball. I heard they have a power running game, but I also heard Prestonsburg had wideouts open all night. So can we get some insights

The Boys from the North have a pretty good record when they come to Louisville lately to play a football game. Let's keep that one quiet as well. What a way to spend a friday in Louisville at a NCC football game. That ride down I-71 gets me pumped, wonder what it will do for the Breds:jump:

I will be rooting for B'wood because I love N.ky High School football and the last four years of great games against our team. Frankfort has scared me all year. If they beat beechwood then of course they deserve a Title, I just think B'wood finds a way to win. Just like the Breds they have lots of talent. Good Luck Red and White Tigers

Although our defense is pretty good, I was really impressed by Corbins. These kids fly to the ball and don't stop when they get there, somebody is going to get hit. It is very obvious that you are a tight knit community and football is important, your fans were awesome. It was great to see how many were able to get to the game. Nothing but first class, hard hittin football. To be the best you must beat the best. Your team was fun to watch football is tough, but your kids are even tougher. IMO you were the best team we played all year. Glad we are not in your district. Best of luck in the future I will always root for Corbin in the future until the next group of Ski's get to NCC. Corbin's defense is tough, with a more potent offense they get a ring. Glad we win. Way too many mistakes for the breds. Breds keep winning ugly. I would say Corbin had a lot to do with that. If we ever decide to bring our A game we will be fine. This sloppy play is starting to give me chest pains. Good Luck Breds:irked:

Typical cake eater mentality. We only wish we had a program like yours. We are in such awe.

Its NCC's decision not to sneak in and play highlands, not mine.

Better idea, why make all the noise.

That's funny. Ours will be too. After the game we can sneak into Ft. Thomas and grab a few deer. They have so many they don't know what to do with them all. Bring your rifles and some rope we'll hook ya up with some good Ft. Thomas Venison.

We play our Home games at Newport High School. We do not have a field. It is a beautiful stadium. Good lighting.

Don't wear the bibs to Montgomery Inn they are a little stuffy on that side of the river. They would'nt understand a well dressed man. It's not Kentucky over there. Have a safe trip.

I also saw Holy Cross/Holmes, they were just showing good games from that year. Would'nt think it was anything other. The holiday spirit should be bright in both towns. Two of the best programs around n.Ky
