"Oh c'mon, I haven't seen anything that awful in stripes since the Bengals!"

Boone County by 10, they have shored up their pass defense since the Ryle game. Ryle benefitted in the first game by the short and mid-range pass, they will have more trouble this time. Also, no one has yet to mention that a soccer playoff game was played the night before the first meeting on Ryle's field in a rainstorm. Ryle spent most of the day of the game trying to replace sod on the field. Boone will run all over them this time.

Boone County: 31-14

It wasn't that close. BC should have won by 30. Farris had been sick all week. He didn't start and played about a half, yet had at least 175 yards and 2 td's.

Boone's field is in very good shape, they've been on the road the last two weeks. The offensive line has good size and for the most part dominated this year. Farris has to be averaging close to 250 yards per game. It's Senior night and look for Boone to be flying high.

Ditto! They bounce back from a flat performance last week!

Boone shot themselves in the foot too many times. They were moving the ball well on their first drive and fumbled the snap on HC's 25 yard line. They fumbled again on the three yard line just as they were to score and had an interception that should have been a touchdown but the player was tackled at the goal line and fumbled it out of the endzone. With Doucette out, their margin for error was pretty slim and they couldn't recover. With all that said, Boyd of HC is the real deal! He was a man among boys!

Boone dominated the line on both sides of the ball. They actually left at least another 14 points on the field. They played sloppy with over 120 yards in penalties. Farris only played 2 1/2 quarters and had at least 150 yards and three touchdowns.

Final

If Boone avoids a slow start like the last two weeks look for them to avenge last years thumping by the Camels. Farris has looked like a man on a mission this year.
