Heard Pendleton County JV and Varsity played well both going 2-1 on the day. Varsity lost a close one to West Jessamine and the JV beat a nice Louisville Male Squad.

I heard today they take their boys basketball seriously in Mason County. The school board is helping with the funding of the trip but are letting a few teachers go next year as in cutting jobs. :idunno::ohbrother:

Yes, He also went in the state scoring record books with most points in a quarter. He is ranked 3rd I believe. Last year at Bracken County he scored 29points in the 4th quarter of that game. He was on fire and his teammates kept giving him the rock.

Pendleton Wildcat Timmy Cooper got his 1000th point against Montgomery County in the opening round of the 10th Region tournament. Timmy ended his career with 1019 points in the semi-final game against Mason County. Congrat's Timmy Cooper! :thumb: :dancingpa:dancingpa

I would consider Mustang a 10th Region Northern Ky person. He is great supporter and promoter of the 10th region. Not to mention being a 10th Region Hall of Famer.

I agree I would vote co-MVP's Gilbert/Lang and the 38th District schools for returning the tournament back to the Fieldhouse!:thumb: What does HCA mean?

I know the 10th does not do a MVP or all-tournament team but who would you of picked for both?

I am glad the rest of the state will get to see this team play in Rupp that is not familiar with Newport. They are athletic and fun to watch play.
