I think you have it pretty close. A couple others for consideration would be:
Willie Hicks (no relation to the other Hicks on the list). Willie averaged about 20 points a game on a very good 1970 Evarts team. This was the team that beat the M. Byrd lead Harlan team out of the district tounament. Harlan was the regional favorite and had a 19 game winning streak goiing into the district tournament.
Curt Stallard (yep, the jailer). I am too young to remember him playing but I understand Curt was a heck of a player.
The three best I can remember are Hershal, Billy, and Kerry, in that order.
The most natural talent was Kenny Baxter. David Fox may have accomplished the most with the least amount of talent.
