Campbell County is in. Does anyone know who they play?

I am looking forward to the upcoming Camel season. This team may surprise some people. The senior group is under rated. Wolfe, Sinclair and Geiman are all tough kids. If the Camels open their style of play Smith will shine. Neises has as much ability as anyone on the team. Jolly should have a good year. I look for the young guards to add offensive and defensive quickness to the lineup.

Camels in a repeat of the first game.

A tie is broken by a draw from a hat. This was a good high school basketball game. Both teams played well at times. Scott's guard play and 3 point shooting was the difference. The Camels showed great heart and had an opportunity to win on the last second shot. It was a good shot that I have seen Brady make several times before in that situation. There will be another opportunity to face the Eagles.

Calvary shot the ball really well and that kept them in the game plus they played very hard. The Camels had balanced scoring unofficially: Albrecht 19. Nerl 16, Jolly 14. Smith 14, Franzen 8.

Coffman decided not to play basketball this season. Ben Franzen pitched a lot over the summer, and with his experience last seaon pitching varsity he will only get better, he is a good pitcher, his delivery throws hitters off. Estes hurt his arm making a throw from right field this summer, but he has been back to 100 percent for a month or so!

Mustang, I certainly cannot argue Nathan Seiter from Brossart, but to many, you, the Mustang himself, is the face of Bishop Brossart.

The Camels are playing with a lot of confidence right now. They played well against Bracken without Petey. It was a very well rounded victory. It was good to see some of the sophomores play.

Guard play was not the problem, Smith played a good game.

It was a triangle and 2, not a box and 1. They trailed Albrect as well as Nerl

I think you will be surprised at the strength of the Camel bench. When given the chance and with some time they have some very good players in Wolf, Geiman, and Losey.

Joe Franzen, Corey Cox are 2 that I know of, both sophomores. The Camels will need an injury free season from there starters if they are going to succeed.

That's the word on the street.

Losey is in the mix, but may be a year away. Rebholz, as of now, is not trying out.

Cody Neises and Jordan Smith are battling over the starting point guard position for Campbell County.

Do you know the size of Scott's starting 5 compared to CCHS?

Brossart is still a year away from being a contender.

I can't see Scott matching up well with the Camels. I think the finals of the district last year was a fluke.

What about depth. Who do you see coming off of the bench?

The Camels are going to be very strong this year. They have three very good senior players returning in Pat Nerl, Petey Albrecht, and Ben Franzen. Juniors Brady Jolly, Jordan Smith and Cody Neises should round out an excellent team. They have good size with four starters at 6-3 and 6-4. If they can get good point guard play from Smith and Neises they will compete for the regional title. Coach Code has the Camels playing defense with much more intensity and they have a wealth of offensive talent with Nerl, Franzen Jolly and Albrecht. Hopefully Coach Code will allow the team to use its offensive weapons to their maximum.

you know nothing about basketball and im sure you do not play. The record is all that matters and the camels are 15-8 with the most wins since 2001. :ylsuper:

The game was moved back to 6:30 and the JV game was cancelled because of the snow.

Has anyone heard how the Camels Varsity is looking this year? What are the expectations? How many starters are back and who will there top players be? Any up and coming talent?

In your oppinion who are the top 10 players in the 10th region?
