I have waited for this post all season long. I had the pleasure to coach against this kid as a Junior. He is a great player and great kid. Like someone else said, always smiles and yes sirs and no sirs from this kid. I hope the Mr. Clemmons finds a place we he can prosper and continue his growth as a young man. Congrats young fella. Keep up the hard work.

I would love to see a Menifee v. Fleming matchup in the district championship. I know Rowan has had an outstanding year but Fleming is always tough?

Ormes told me some stuff that happened during the region tournament this year, and he handled it the right way and some kids had to ride some pine over it but he handled it the right way. There is a lot to say for a man who will not sacrafice his principles for wins. Jerry, I hope you are on a beach somewhere drinking a Lemonade!! (or something like that).

I dont give a hoot how good their kid is going to be, you dont fire a quality character coach because some parents threaten. That is the same thing that I have seen so much of this year. AD's, Sup's, Princ.'s get some backbone about you all. You dont go fire coaches because some parents dont like who is sititng in the chair. It's just wrong.

Ha,ha. That is so funny I told people after we played Rose Hill this year that he wont be back. People said, but his mom is in the system,blablabla. I told them that he is the kind of player that can get his mom a job anywhere she wants.

When we coached against him 2 years ago, our team was better athletically but lost because his girls had what ours lacked- heart. That was what always stood out to me about his girls was that. I hate that this happened to such a good guy. I hope that the administration gets what they want.

What I like about it is that Montgomery Co. got two quality wins this weekend. A lot of work yet to do but definitely in the right direction. Way to go indians.

Should be a good opportunity for someone on that side of the state. Great facilities, good athletes= wins.

Yes, I dont have the bylaw number hearsay is a good one to get that from, but the khsaa does outline who is able to coach as head coaches. School districts themselves determine eligibility of asst. coaches. Some like outside coaches and some only hire school staff.
