Carroll had 2 days of poor shooting..seemed tired. Great Tournament, pulled out 4th place. Campbell was up about 10 at the half and then pulled away. They have a very good team.

Congrats to East Carter, good luck in the finals. Lady Panthers..keep working hard.

Here are the teams that are in the winners bracket: Carroll vs. East Carter Phelps vs. Campbell Co. Other bracket is: Morgan vs Russell Villa Madonna vs. Lawrence Co.

Carroll Beat Lawrence Co. 52-35 first game. Campbell was leading in the second game.

Owen all tournament was Lowe, Kemper and Gayhart Carroll all tournament was Curry, Devine, and Henderson. I am not sure about the other schools.

I am not sure if attendace was down..seemed to be about the same amount of fans each night. Most of the teams were already at the gym before any bad weather came in. I am not sure which County that the fans had the accidents in but I hope everyone was OK.

Congrats to the Panthers for winning the NAS tournament.. the whole team played well and everyone contributed to this win.. Good luck at the tournament this weekend!

Congrats to Carroll County! It was a great game to watch.! CC will just improve as the year goes on and they look great! GC has some really nice players coming up and are a very good team.

Good Match-up in Carroll between the scrappy Panthers and the tough Wildcats from Gallatin. Carroll did not shoot well but pulled out the victory. These 2 teams matched up well and it was a great game to watch.

My daughter played up and loved every minute of it. She is disappointed now because she only plays Varsity and does not get to play in 3 games a night. If she had not played up, her season would have been over at Christmas time ( in Middle School) and she would have had no opportunity to keep practicing and playing. In rural areas there are no local AAU teams etc and certainly no extra gyms to practice in (unless the parents want to drive them). Most Parents can not do this so the School takes over the job of developing them. I think it is great and from most of the local examples it is good for the kids.
